Farmers are the backbone of our country. And sometimes they need some support.

Our volunteers collect and distribute donated goods and provide invaluable support to Aussie farmers and their families. Every day that I work with Aussie Helpers, I get to visit farmers on their land and seeing their hardship firsthand drives me to do whatever is needed to help them.

With a cup of tea, Aussie Helpers builds relationships and community and assists farmers with their greatest needs – offering physical and psychological relief.

I have been volunteering for Aussie Helpers now for approximately 8 years.

The most rewarding thing about volunteering for Aussie Helpers would have to be the people’s faces after having sat over a cuppa and talked, then taking them outside to happily give food and supplies.
