Purchases, Shipping & Refunds
Images of goods displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes only.
If we are unable to fulfil your order due to supply issues, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or suitable alternative.
We have a standard, Australia-wide delivery fee of $10.00. Larger orders may incur an additional delivery fee.
Our standard delivery times are:
• 4-7 business days
• 7-10 business days for rural WA, FNQ and NT (excluding Darwin and Alice Springs).
Except in exceptional circumstances, we do not provide refunds. Please call our office to discuss on 1300 665 232.
