Olympic swimmer, Lisa Curry, nominated Aussie Helpers as her Charity of Choice when she competed on Network Ten’s “I’m a celebrity – get me out of here” reality TV show.

Lisa spent six weeks in a jungle camp in Kruger National Park, South Africa before being voted out by viewers of the show. In the camp, contestants partake in daily challenges to test their survival skills and to win luxuries for the camp.

She saw through those challenges and lasted a massive 41 days in the jungle with little or no comfort.

“After traveling around Australia for two years and visiting a lot of rural towns and seeing how hard our farmers are doing, I wanted to do something.
