From NZ to rural NSW: Seeing the Brekkie in a Bag impact firsthand
Partnerships are easy to measure on paper, but nothing beats seeing the real-world impact with your own eyes.
Recently, George Glubb, Managing Director of Cinta Insights made the trip across from New Zealand to visit Tullamore Central School in rural New South Wales. Cinta Insights generously sponsors the students and staff at Tullamore through our Brekkie in a Bag program, and the trip gave George the opportunity to experience life in the region firsthand.
Experiencing rural NSW firsthand
Living and working in New Zealand, getting out into remote NSW gave George a true appreciation of what Aussie country life looks like on the ground, especially when dry conditions and distance create daily challenges for local families.
He had the opportunity to sit down with the students and teaching staff and see how having a solid, nutritious start to the school day can make a practical difference in the classroom.
Supporting the next generation of Australian farmers is a pillar of Cinta Insights’ activity, so supporting Tullamore Central School and the wider community was a fantastic opportunity for George to give back and contribute, helping rural Australian communities.
Sharing knowledge and a little Kiwi banter
It wasn’t all serious business, either. George took the time to chat with the older students about his work in market research across the rural sector, giving them an insight into where a career in business and data can take you.
Naturally, being a Kiwi, he couldn’t leave without giving New Zealand a proper plug and engaging in some friendly footy banter.
The value of genuine partnerships
At Aussie Helpers, we know our programs work best when our corporate partners get genuinely involved. Having George travel to Tullamore to connect with the school community shows the heart behind Cinta Insights’ support.
We are very grateful to George and the Cinta Insights team for backing our country kids, and we reckon Tullamore Central School will be keeping a close eye on the Warriors next season.
