IVORY COAT LAUNCHES ‘OUTBACK GIVEBACK’ CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN WITH AUSSIE HELPERS
Aiming to donate 160,000kgs of stock feed to struggling Australian farmers in first 12 months
Sydney, NSW: Ivory Coat Companion Goods (ICCG) are thrilled to be partnering with Aussie Helpers once again to deliver vital assistance to Australian farming families doing it tough. Outback Giveback launches on 1st March 2018 and will see ICCG donating stock feed to Aussie Helpers each quarter based on the volume of ICCG grain-free dry food bags sold. Aussie Helpers will then distribute the stock feed, suitable for sheep & cows, to struggling farming families throughout the country. ICCG are aiming to deliver a massive 160,000kgs of stock feed within the first 12 months of this charitable campaign.
Says Ivory’s Coat’s Founder & current Director of Pet Specialty at the Real Pet Food Company, Steven Deveraux-Stanford:
“My family is on the land and I’ve seen the impact that drought has on Australian farmers. The work Aussie Helpers and their dedicated team undertake is exceptional and makes a difference to so many lives. We’re thrilled to be partnering with them again and I look forward to meeting with some of the farmer’s we’ll be donating to over the course of the next 12 months.”
“Its great that everyone can get involved, the more Ivory Coat food that’s sold the more food that will go to farmers… its easy, feed your mate, help a farmer.”
Says Aussie Helper’s Founder Brian Egan:
“Aussie Helpers stays in touch with hundreds of farming families to ensure their wellbeing and survival through good and bad times. We’ve greatly appreciated the support from Ivory Coat in the past and we’re delighted about the launch of their Outback Giveback campaign; it’s going to make a real difference. Seeing people smile again, it makes our job worthwhile and inspiring.”
ICCG will calculate the total weight of every bag of grain-free dry dog & cat food sold in Australia each quarter between 1st March 2018 and 28th February 2019 and purchase the equivalent of 5% of each total quarterly weight in stock feed, suitable for sheep and cows, to be distributed to farming families via Aussie Helpers.
