See what your support means to Aussie farmers Katie and Justin this Christmas.
'Make a Farmer’s Christmas Special' is designed to raise much-needed funds and goods for drought-affected farmers and their families across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
The original goal of the appeal was to raise 500 hampers for farmers and their families in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Because of your generosity, 1000 hampers have been raised, and we’ve reached the maximum capacity for hamper donations – thank you Australia!
However, there’s still more we can do to make a farmer’s Christmas special. You can purchase a VISA gift card to be delivered to farmers this Christmas, allowing them to purchase stock feed, presents, food or any other items they need within their local community.
Christmas is supposed to be a time that's filled with happiness and joy, but for many of our farmers this time of year can be emotional and challenging. This drought is taxing on their families, livelihoods, and mental health and wellbeing. It's those same farmers who grow the food that we all look forward to at this time of year, so this Christmas we are encouraging you to remember and appreciate their hard work.
Please give generously this Christmas and purchase a VISA gift card for the 'Make a Farmer's Christmas Special' appeal to support our farmers this festive season.
